My Satisfaction Guarantee: I am an artist running a small business that uses an on-demand fulfillment method. This means I don't hold any inventory and only produce each artwork piece when you order. I do this to keep costs low and quality high. Because of this - I offer a 100% guarantee that your order will arrive in perfect condition. If it doesn't, upon confirmation of the damage, I will offer a replacement or refund as promptly as possible. Because each piece is created for your order, replacements and refunds are only accepted in the above situations. This means that I do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds due to invalid shipping address, incorrect order details, change of mind, or any other reason. I only offer replacements or refunds on defective items.
